At Fringe Beauty Studio, every service is customized just for you using our time, expertise, and high-quality products. To keep things running smoothly for both our guests and stylists, we have a few important policies regarding booking fees, cancellations, late arrivals, and service adjustments. Please take a moment to review them before booking.
To reserve your appointment, a booking fee is required. This fee must be paid within 48 hours of booking, or immediately if your appointment is within 48 hours.
Booking fees are non-refundable, but they do go toward your service total.
If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer that appointment time to another guest. With proper notice, you may reschedule once without losing your booking fee. Additional changes will require a new booking fee.
Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the booking fee and may be subject to up to 100% of the scheduled service costbefore future appointments can be booked.
Our preferred forms of payment are cash and Zelle.
We also accept card for your convenience.
Fringe Beauty Studio customizes every service based on your hair, goals, and the time and products required. Because of this, services and products are non-refundable.
That said, if you experience a technical issue such as uneven color, uneven cutting, color bleeding, or another technical concern (although uncommon), please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment so we can discuss the best solution.
Adjustment appointments must be scheduled within 7 days of contacting us and completed with your original stylist.
We understand that life happens, and we always appreciate communication if plans change.
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice and no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.
If a client no-shows, future appointments may require full payment at the time of booking.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to safely complete the service. In some cases, we may still be able to accommodate you, but services may be adjusted and pricing will remain the same.
To keep the salon relaxing and safe for everyone, children who are not receiving a service should not attend appointments unless approved in advance.
Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Fringe Beauty Studio is a small, cozy space designed for a comfortable and elevated experience. To help maintain that environment for all guests, video and audio surveillance is in place for safety.
