Refund & Adjustment Policy
Fringe Beauty Studio customizes every service just for you, from the cut to the color, using our time, expertise, and high-quality products. Because of this, we don’t offer refunds.
That said, we offer adjustments for technical errors such as uneven haircuts, uneven hair color, color bleeds, or other technical issues (although uncommon), as long as you notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. Adjustment appointments must be scheduled within 7 days of notifying us and completed by your original stylist.
